Polly Air was born 26th November 2010 and passed away on 26th January 2012 at just 14 months old due to a rare mitochondrial disorder.

I knew polly from when she was a baby and what a wonderful child polly was. I want to say thankyou to cheryl and abbey for letting me visit polly the last time that she was at home before she died. Polly I know you will be a twinkling star that shines the brightest sent from heaven love cheryl xx
